With master’s degrees in finance and law & economics, Lydia brings experience in investment consulting and pension fund management. Her passion for animals led her to co-found FourGive and help build its veterinary clinic in Egypt.

Viktor leads the company’s strategy and development, drawing on his background in law, asset management and financial markets. He is also a registered client advisor (ARIF) and co-founder of FourGive, reflecting his commitment to both investment expertise and animal welfare.

Roberto brings decades of experience in asset management, investment consulting and risk management. His career spans senior roles including CEO, CIO and investment consultant, complemented by a degree from the University of St. Gallen and CAIA and FRM qualifications.

Christian supports Chipiron AG as Strategic Development Advisor, drawing on many years of experience in investment management and financial markets. As a CFA Charterholder, he brings a rigorous, long-term perspective to the development of the company’s investment approach. He is also a registered client advisor (ARIF).

Stefanie is the driving force behind the marketing and communication activities. With a Master’s degree in Business Administration and over 15 years of international marketing experience, she brings broad expertise across industries and markets.

Thierry leads Chipiron’s technology strategy, drawing on more than 20 years of experience in IT infrastructure, systems architecture and digital innovation. His expertise spans artificial intelligence, financial technology and digital sovereignty, with a focus on building reliable systems that translate complex technology into practical business value.

Heinz brings more than 30 years of senior banking experience to Chipiron. His career includes senior leadership positions in banking as well as ten years as President of the Swiss Consumer Finance Association.

Daniel is an experienced financial markets lawyer and regulatory expert, leading Legal, Compliance and Risk activities. He ensures Chipiron AG navigates regulatory requirements effectively while maintaining a disciplined approach to risk management.
